    I must say, it does feel rather peculiar to comment upon this series regarding something that - when I first discovered your channel and this series - I skipped past/over. And although it may not be the most exciting nor most entertaining part of these videos, it is most helpful.This bit, of course, being at the end - whereby Claire goes over her final collection of instructions, to form her 'gourmet' method.I very much appreciate the way in which this segment is phrased. For the non-professional chefs, that is. Claire makes it clear in which 'category' each 'group' of steps within the method are. e.g. "To temper the chocolate: do x, y and z".Quite a small detail, but one much appreciated by those who need it. Moi.

    hi Clair ! my girlfriend and I love your show we've 'seen them all …. she does not eat junk food but I love the stuff the other night I was having a bag full of delicious chili cheese fritos. my girlfriend ate about 4 of them and said "what makes those so good " I said " we should ask Clair to make them" … so that's our suggestion …. keep up the good work!
